FAQ
Hen do / Stag party at the adventure park
Can we consume alcoholic drinks before or during the activity?
No. For safety reasons, the consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the activities is not permitted. Any participant showing signs of intoxication will not be allowed to take part in the high ropes courses or paintball, and will not be entitled to a refund. We recommend doing the activity right at the start of the day and celebrating with a toast at the end!
Can the groom or bride go in disguise?
Yes, of course! Fancy dress is very welcome, as long as it is safe: clothing that allows complete freedom of movement, compatible with harnesses and safety equipment. Just avoid long capes or dangling elements that could get caught in the cables.
Is it necessary to book in advance for groups?
Yes, advance booking is highly recommended, especially during the peak season (spring and summer) and at weekends. Booking in advance ensures your preferred time slot and allows us to have everything ready for the group.
What should we wear?
Comfortable sports-style clothing and mandatory closed-toe footwear (trainers or boots — no sandals, flip-flops or heels). For paintball, please bring old clothes that you don't mind getting dirty; protective suits are provided.
What if someone in the group is afraid of heights?
No need to worry! The courses gradually increase in height and difficulty, and the continuous lifeline system keeps everyone 100% safe from start to finish. Those who prefer to stay on solid ground can cheer on the group, take photos and relax in the shade.
How long does the experience last?
High ropes courses: about 2h to 3h (including briefing and equipment). Paintball: about 1h to 2h, depending on the games. Combo package: takes about half a day (approx. 3h to 4h with a break).
Can we bring our own food and drink?
Yes, we have shaded picnic areas in all parks, where you can bring snacks, drinks or lunch to recharge your batteries between or after activities.
